Went here based on TA reviews and we weren't disappointed. We chose the 4 course tasting menu. Really good value at 49 euro each. You get lots of little extras in between as well so although the portions are small you don't leave hungry. Staff are super friendly without being over bearing. They are really knowledgeable on the dishes and... More

For: excellent menu, which changes regularly fantastic service - very rare in NL beautiful preparation unassuming atmosphere central location easy to get a table for a Michelin starred restaurant Against: Clientele that can only communicate by shouting at each other, so very noisy and as such, less romantic. Nevertheless I still recommend it

I had an opportunity to experience a three course meal and enjoyed it in a nice environment. The salad course, fresh fish, and pasta were all very well prepared, fresh, and well presented. I topped the meal off with a very reasonably priced brunello and dessert of ice cream and fresh cake! Worth a try!

We came here on a business dinner and had a great experience. The staff was warm and friendly. It was great watching the kitchen staff prep our meals. I enjoyed the risotto and the duck a la carte but the multi-course menus looked great. Definitely recommend trying Bussia.

We visited Bussia on a Sunday evening and had a 6 course tasting menu. For each course, the food was delicious, was well presented and there were some very good flavour combinations. Service was excellent and well paced. Nothing was rushed. A very enjoyable experience. We would like to return on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Sunday lunch at Bussia is elegant, friendly, warm, with very tasty Italian food that takes you from 'comfort' - "Can I have another plate risotto" to a surprisingly light and in season combination of white haik, typical Dutch Dune greens and all cooked to perfection. Dessert, which I normally ignore was worth the calories: smoked prunes with pannecotta. I guess... More

I didn't quite know what to expect when we decided for"Italian" gastronomy for an evening out in Amsterdam. Some of the eight courses of the "Menu Degustazione" we had chosen were absolutely authentic, like the risotto al porcini and the ravioli con guanciale, others were alta gastronomia with creative and surprising combinations of fresh and subtle ingredients. The prosecco, the... More

We went here as a group of 16 and both the food and service were amazing. We had the four course set menu which was delicious and well worth the money. I would highly recommend :)
