We were just looking for a place to eat something and entered by accident... what a great accident. Nice burger, friendly service and good prices. They have to take care of the funky smell inside, but all the rest was perfect!
Stopped here for some lunch with my wife. Right by the water but just off of the busiest tourist routes so a little quieter. Food is okay and very reasonably priced. Nicely kept beer and the staff are very friendly, we went back a couple...More
Stopped here just for coffee, which was nice. However the smell inside was a bit funky, and not amsterdam funky. Smelled a hint of sewer so our stay was short. Has a cat that can be frienly and sits at the bar. Service was good.

Currently sat here enjoying the Kipsate (Chicken sate), absolutely glorious, service fantastic, great selection of draught beer. It has outside seating with heaters. The waitress is just so friendly (Ashley).
Sitting under heaters, looking over the canal, watching the people go by, drinking good Dutch beer and eating decent quality steak and hamburgers. An extremely pleasant way to spend an evening, enhanced by excellent and pleasant service. Highly recommended.

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe. Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
hardly more than a moment’s stroll away. With the well-connected Centraal Station as Centrum’s base, it's easy to travel farther afield via one of the city’s iconic trams.
