In fact this is billed as a Tibetan & Indonesian restaurant. I've tried Indonesian cuisine before and enjoyed it but really went in to try the Tibetan food. As I didn't know what to expect I tried the Tibetan "set" meals and was very pleased with what I got. My first experience of Tibetan cuisine was very positive reinforced by... More

We shared a mini "Indonesian Rice-Table" which was well prepared. Service was attentive and prompt. The portions were plentiful and the various tastes memorable.

This place is quiet and cosy and serves good food. It's nothing special but it's a great spot to meet for something different.

My friends didn't understand why I insisted on to have dinner at an Indonesian and were getting anxious while we were hunting for one. Then they got it! The small freindly restaurant offers fantastic Indonesian and Tibetan dishes and the weirdest beer you may ever tried (rice beer). If you are at least two try the menu (Indonesioan or Tibetan)... I never tried rijsttafel before. So this was my first time. We bought a voucher from Groupon, it was 29.99 euro for 2 persons, and we got 13 menus + desserts. I am satisfied with the service, it didn't take long, and the meals are always warm enough, the chicken soup was really warm, but it is okay. The main... More

Wasn't too sure what to expect as Tibetan & Indonesian cuisines don't seem that similar. Went for Tibetan food, and it turned out to be kind of a cross between Chinese & Indian. And rather good, actually. Friendly service, too.

One of our favorites restaurants in Amsterdam. Their veggie Momo's are superb! Food is very tasty and not sophisticated. The staff are great people! Nice and helpful and humble as real Tibetian normally are. We recommend to try all the vegetarian dishes! Just amazing place!
