Good/Fast service and delicious beers and cocktails. Food was very tasty, we had the onion soup and tuna carpaccio as starter and the soft-shell burger and Amstelhoeck burger as main.

I had the best onion soup of my life here, portions are huge and inexpensive, staff are brilliant, loved it here!

This large restaurant accommodates many people and offers a nice variety of Dutch lunch treats. It's a great place to give yourself a break from touring. Portions are large and shareable. It's pleasant, not too noisy and you can eat inside or out. (Yes, despite...More

We came here to try some craft beers. When we came, the waiter actualy arrived very quickly, but we had to request the menu, because there were none on the table. We got our menu, but when we decided what to order, no one came...More

Time to wait 15 minutes to order your drinks? Even when it's not very busy. Take a coffee for € 4,- and ask for sweetener...'No we don't have', because the waitress was too lazy to bring it. Time to wait another 15 minutes to pay?...More

We visited this restaurant on Sept. 17. It was near our hotel and we wanted something not too elaborate for dinner. We arrived and waited a while to be shown to a table but were ignored, so we went to a table and checked with...More

We are visiting Amsterdam and have tried some great restaurants around town, but this one was certainly not near that. The service was extremely slow and unfriendly. We arrived and had to wait for more than 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order...More

Great views. Poor service. Worst coffee I've had in Amsterdam - watery, over roasted, tasteless. Worth avoiding.

Had dinner on our first night in Amsterdam. Pink gin was on the list and to be fair have not seen it on any other drinks list on our visit to Amsterdam. Took a while for someone to come and take our order. The food...More

Amsterdam and Holland in general are usually considered a place where beer is in abundance. How wrong you are when visiting this poor place and counting for a good glass of beer. The glass of Amstel I received there had barely 0.2 liter, while the...More

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
