Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went to their new location in Jordaan. It is cute, friendly shop that opened in April. There is an old main location as well. The pastries were to die for. The sandwiches and quiches are equally wonderful. We had a mushroom quiche one day,...and another, the burrata with artichoke and pesto on the best French baguette. We also had a smoked turkey sandwich likewise extremely tasty. You will not be disappointed if you go for lunch, brunch, or just desert and a tea/coffee.More

Such a cute place! Very nice staff and good service. Great food and, in particular, many delicious vegetarian options. We stayed for dessert: Amazing!

Would not recommend as there are far nicer places all over Amsterdam. Poor service and food average - one of the items we ordered didn’t arrive but was still on our bill

This was an excellent cafe- we had breakfast there on way to Museums. We had a croissant and seeded baguette with butter and jam plus excellent coffee drinks served in lovely china. The owner was making raspberry scones to serve today on Valentine’s day!

We stopped in this lovely shop for coffee and cake. The vegan chocolate cake was out of this world. Best vegan cake I have ever tried and with rose petals on top! Fabulous! I highly recommend the place, the location and the staff. It was...a perfect afternoon break and we’ll definitely go back when we come to Amsterdam again.More

Stopped for a quick pastry and coffee after a long day. The staff were really friendly- originally they were closing for the day so we opted to takeaway but it then started to rain. They kindly let us sit inside with our drinks and cakes...so we could enjoy them without the cold. Many vegan options, we opted for the Red Velvet Cake and Orange Chocolate Brownie. Both excellent!More

I dropped into 'De Laatste Kruimel' for coffee and cake whilst exploring the streets and canals of Amsterdam. The display of cakes were mouthwatering. I took a seat in the upstairs dining area which had a great ambience and decor. I had the Rhubarb &...Strawberry Crumb Cake and a Latte and both were great. The cost was just over €11 which seemed reasonable value. Would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone.More

I love a good bakery and try to visit them whenever we travel. Without a doubt this is my favorite of any we’ve tried. The food is delicious (try the French toast— really!). The service is great. The soundtrack is so eclectic and fun. We...ate there five times during our trip to Amsterdam and wish we could go back. I really can’t recommend it highly enough!More

Right at the centre of Amsterdam, this lovely and cozy cafe offers variety that anyone would love as we loved it. The interior is quite exquisite, if you are visiting during summer time then be lucky to find a spot at the back facing beating...canal. Though, sitting upstairs is fancy enough.More
