Simply outstanding. After eating in this restaurant without knowing the Tripadvisor rating I was sure that this restaurand would be in TOP 50 restaurants in Amsterdam. Also the service was great. Because we couldn't decide which food we want they let us split two dished inbetween 2 persons.

It was delicious! I had the Italian sausage and porcini mushrooms pappardelle and it was to die for: the pasta were al dente, the sauce was very tasty, with the deep porcini flavor, and the smoothness of the olive oil. Before our main dish we had the complimentary warm bread with a garlic and herbs butter, which was very welcome... More

I've been to Pasta Vino many times and it never disappoints. Welcoming stuff, great food and ambient. Even tho it is bit out of the way it is always worth the effort. My favorite dishes are Pizza Calzone that is rich and tasty, pasta with seafood and sea-bass from the oven. I never had a dish that I didn't liked.... More

A short trip to Amsterdam, Pasta Vino was the ideal restaurant for our last dinner. The service and friendliness is the watchword. Lasagne di Mamma was the dish I chose, I recommend! In the end, we were still surprised at a small little gift ..

Compared to the "tourist tailored restaurants", prices are a hair more elevated, however comparing the quality of food you get from the "tourist tailored restaurants", this place gives you the best value for the money that you're paying. The Food: The authenticity is in the food, and the ingredients used to prepare it. Italian products, Italian chef, al dente pasta... More

Great friendly but too interested in packing them in than serving those seated and waiting. Tasty and good portions. Value was fair. A bus boy would help.

Efficient friendly service, very tasty food, good value for money. Papardelle was excellent, as was kids' pizzas. An easy tram ride and walk from the Lloyd Hotel, nothing to fault

The takeaway is the main part of this business but if you get out there you are rewarded with a quiet Italian restaurant. The menu is small but with many interesting dishes (swordfish is an example) to explore. The pasta that we encountered was well prepared and really setoff the sauces. We were particularly attracted to the fish dishes. The... More

This looks like an ordinary place - a modern, local take-away/restaurant on the corner of a block of flats in a residential area ... but it isn't! It was well-filled by locals on our first visit, in our book a sure sign a place is worth a 2nd look. In the end we ate here 5 out of 7 nights... More

Great Frutti di mare pizze. One could imagine the frutti di mari pasta would be equally great. Richly topped.
