Paisan is an absolutely lovely place, they have a good team both on the floor and in the kitchen. Food portions are spot on and well executed. A very nice wine selection to complete the picture. Definitely a place to come back to.

Was here with my son and wife and food was very good. The harira soup was delisious and pasta vongole also. Croud was Quick and helpfull. The Gin tonic was the worst but forgive them because its a testaurant.

At the moment Paisan has an excellent cook in the kitchen. The last 4 times I have been here the chef has cooked my fish to perfection and Im partial to throwing the toys out of the pram if its over cooked ;) Starters are also top notch - very good steak tartar, great pasta dishes too and the owner... Great place for shared dining. 8 wines by the glass! Which were truely nice. Also lovely staff. Little room outside but we got lucky this sunny day! Not much experience in Hilversum but locals are very happy with this place

We visited on Sunday afternoon for a lunch with our 3 kids. No issue. We have enjoyed a wide variation of tapas. Good service, nice food. Mediterranean menu with nice wine offering . Modern restaurant, easy going.

The food is really fine, from starter to main course or desert. The choice of wines is excellent, for example they do serve a German red wine which is a treat. Not many people know these wines and even fewer restaurants outside Germany serve these! All the staff excelled in their field of work. Pleasant to watch the whole scene.... More

Easy going and non pretentious. I certainly recommend a stop at Paisan to try their Harira soup. Food has a distinct home made feel to it.

You should go to Paisan if you like the typical Middle East food like Falafel, Houmous and lamb dishes. But also for typical Spanish tapas and Italian bites you are in the right place. They serve nice combinations of small bites for sharing or appetizer and a selection of small dishes and main courses. The pastas can be ordered in... More

Lunch or dinner, Paisan offers great choice in smaller and moderate sized dishes. Extensive choice of wines and very friendly service! Ask for the special and/or new dishes on the menu; you'll be surprised!
