Very nice and beautiful cafe. Friendly service. Great sandwiches and quick service. They were expecting a large party but still fitted us in. But because of this, they could only offer a reduced menu, sandwiches only. This is the only reason I score one down....That said, sandwiches were very nice and the golden latte was worth it. Would love to come back to try the full menu but not sure when we will be in Delft again.More

Best breakfast in my life 😍 The food was out of this world.The portion was large for the English breakfast. Great value for money. It even came with fresh orange juice and cappuccino!! We found this place on TripAdvisor since we was visiting my sister over the Christmas period and needed breakfast. We really wanted baked beans and I had searched high and low since baked beans are a rare find in Holland. I found this place on...TripAdvisor and we went, service was amazing the lady serving was so lovely and happy. We got the English breakfast, I don’t eat meat so they gave me extra egg tomatoes etc. it was so nice and it came with a cappuccino and a fresh orange juice. I would definitely visit here again and I’d highly Recommend it.More
Atmosphere of the cafe was very impressive. In good weather you can sit outside on the canal on a boat, in bad weather inside, surrounded by plants and coziness. We had a cafe and a smoothie, both very tasty and decorated with a lot of...effort. Then for breakfast we ate the pancakes and a sandwich. Both also very great prepared and tasted outstandingly good! Absolutely perfect, the best breakfast experience I could have asked for! Decor is beautiful, warm and inviting, service is incredibly friendly, and food is delicious with amazing value! I got a butterscotch latte and the continental breakfast, which includes toast, croissant, butter, cheese, ham, fried...egg, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice AND a cappucino, all for 12.50 euro! Amazing! I've been to a lot of cafés on this ten day trip around the Netherlands, and this has been my favorite by far. I'm so glad I stopped in Delft and just happened to stumble upon this truly lovely café. 100% recommended!More

After lockdown, they changed the menu and have now many all day breakfast options and some new sandwiches. The " Bij Best" Breakfast (small omlette sandwich with ham, unfortunately bit of mayo; 2 delicious pancakes with fruit and joghurt and a croissant with goat cheese)...is a very good price-value option since its a lot of food and coffee and a fresh orange juice. But overall, I can totally recommend going here. The waitresses and owner are very friendly, sometimes a bit slow, but (in my opinion) the chairs are comfortable and sitting outside on the boat is cute and the food is worth the wait.More

Very friendly personnel, excellent for breakfast, even English breakfast is served, or lunch with surprising dishes. Very nice interior with an open kitchen. Th e food tasted really amazing!

There are many places in Delft where you can get a good cup of coffee, but for us Bij Best is the best. They also offer a nice variety of cakes with your coffee. They also have a wide variety of dishes for lunch and...dinner. The staff is always friendly and helpful. During the summer you can enjoy your coffee on the boat terrace in front.More

Try Bij Best, if you’re late for breakfast! Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! The restaurant is situated on one of the canals in Delft - enjoy a light sandwich or salad while you watch the ducks swim in the canal. Best during...the warmer months (May - August)More

Great service very pleasant outdoor seating on a canal with water lilies.The sun was out in full glory and our English and Continental Breakfasts were perfect! They also had a large variety of other choicses. We also enjoyed our fresh orange juice with some sparkling...wine! Prices were moderate and good value. Only have one suggestion that they should add Eggs Benedict to their menu!!More

By the canal, or even on the canal as the restaurant got a barge with tables on the canal. This was a perfect location as one could relax, looking on the ducks building their nests and people hurrying by. The inside of the restaurant was...also nice with a good warm atmosphere.
