We took the "chef's choice" and we got a range of sate's, meat, veges and shrimp dishes. I love Indonesian food and this was the best one I had for years in Rotterdam. It is outside Kralingen (east of) so you need a car to go there, but worthwhile the trip.

Good Indonesian food and a very friendly staff. Nice place to be. The menue Katak Mas presents the Indonesian kitchen. There are also specialties.

If you like Indonesian Food. Look no further. Take the 'RijstTafel' and sample everything. Although in a non-descript location of Rotterdam, one has a stunning view over the pond while you are eating. Cannot say anything about value because I didnt pay. Would definately come back.

Deceptions can be deceiving, because quite frankly, the looks of Katak Mas on the outside are not as appetizing as the food on the inside. Having said that however, the remainder of this review is nothing short of praise. The staff are friendly, the service is unsurpassed, and last but most importantly, the food is true style Indonesian and mouth-watering.... More
