Fri evening , it always feels maybe you've chosen the wrong restaurant out of the 2 near each other when you are the only people there. We chose lamb dishes, sorry no lamb tonight. Chose chicken madras x 2 , 1 nan and 1 rice , tasted fine 2 beers € 40 don't take cards- problem with the electronics.

King of Bombay could be improved if the owner chose to use the prices printed on the menu as opposed to just plucking them out of thin air. He is definitely not a King - but will be as rich as one soon if he continues to charge tourists 6 euros for two glasses of water (in actuality we asked... More

Excellent service and really good chicken tikka masala. I have eaten at several Indian restaurants in the U.S. and this one in Antwerp is right up there.

Very nice waiter, went there during the week and food was brought quickly. Tasted quite good and portion size easily feeds a dock worker from the port! Extensive menue to choose from.

We tried several styles of food and all of it was good. A pity that they add some typical belgian lettuce etc. on the appetizers but the main courses really were as I remember them from India.

Went there for lunch today and was the only one in the restaurant from 1.15 until leaving (all nearby restaurants were full). Ordered chicken vindaloo and it came with ten lumps, 6 potato and 4 chicken. Everything about this restaurant says cheap, except the prices. The single waiter was on the phone the whole time I was there, including when... More

We were here for lunch yesterday and the food was awesome. The chicken salad is a must eat. Also the staff is excellent. Run by experienced people. They are very polite. Also, the papads too were good as a welcome snack. The panneer is very soft too. Good Indian music adds to the food experience. Good show.

Had a late dinner here (not much else was open) and I'm glad I did as the food and service was very good. Good range of curries, as well as starters and the price was reasonable too. Would've liked a better range of beers - possibly kingfisher rather than carlsberg! However that being said, really good jalfrezi and naan.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Food is delicious and won't break the bank. This isn't the poshest place, it's not for special occasions. But great for a night out with friends or even takeaway.

Being a big fan of Indian food I've been visiting King of Bombay for many years now. I can honestly say that I've tried most of the Indian restaurants all over Antwerp and if you don't mind paying just a little bit extra this is the place to be. I'm not saying it's expensive, but it's just a tad more... More
