We found this restaurant completely randomly and we were so surprised! We ordered the breakfast which was so huge and delicious. Of course was served 2 types of breakfast: salty and sweet. In this price we had 2 hot drinks and 1 juice (hot chocolate was incredibly delicious with real chocolate). For 12 euro was worth to eat there and... More

We had Saturday breakfast here. Beautiful, quaint little place, with the sort of decor I wish I could recreate at home. Not cool and trendy but quirky and tasteful. We had the €12 breakfast which seemed to go on forever: coffee; fruit juice; yogurt; fresh bread rolls; croissants; cold meats and cheese and, two eggs fried with bacon. We didn't... More

Such a cute little place filled with ladies who lunches. I was there after a short train/tram ride then by foot (of course, bus 11 style) strike upon this cozy place. Around 1300 on a weekday you will spot few tables with mainly the silver and golden gals (older ladies) having their tea and chatting away and enjoying the hospitality... More

A really nice place, in a old monastery. The owner is warm and hearty, happy to talk about the city. Before we had our spaghetti bolognese, we got apron around the neck, so we didn't have red spots on our clothes, good fun :-)

We enjoyed the food and service so much we visited twice. The food was tasty we had lunch and breakfast on two different days. The décor was quirky and made for a cosy friendly atmosphere.

Enjoyed our lunch here on a weekday - it felt a bit less touristy than other restaurants (not that Antwerp feels very touristy anyway!). The food was tasty and the menu reasonably priced and varied. Interesting decor too!

Lunch on Thursday 7th January. We were staying in Hotel Rubens which is directly opposite. Warm welcome and seated straight away. Nice homely feel to the place and what I could gather most of the customers where local. Not the most extensive menu and I opted for the tomato soup and a sandwich, my colleague also had the tomato soup... More

This is a nice little place to have some lunch or a coffee. The food is great, ambiance is nice and service is excellent. If you are in the city give it a try and you won't regret.

This is one of the most welcoming restaurants I have ever been to. Right from the doorway in it had an inviting décor. The owner was very welcoming encouraging us to find a seat and was very happy to explain the menu and talk about his restaurant. The food was excellent and prepared and presented with care and pride. Service... More
