We walked by this place the night prior and saw it was packed so decided to come early the next day for dinner. The food (rabbit stew) and the sausages were solid but honestly I preferred our dinner at the Nuetnigenough the previous night more....More

Exactly what I wanted out of a local Belgian beer cafe... a menu written in chalk on a blackboard (local language only), a well-curated beer list (smaller than other places, but specifically selected for interaction with your food) and homey but outstanding fare. This is...More

Wanted typical Belgian cuisine and got what I was after in a rustic atmosphere. Food was yum and plenty, service friendly and fast. Only downside was that credit cards are not accepted.

No atmosphere, pitiful choice of beers and sub-par food. The waiter spoke only basic English and the menus only came in French. I’ll advise against it.

It is one of the best places around for tasty food. A lot of different things to choose, tables can be found outside during the summer period but usually it is too crowded, therefore it is hard to spot an empty seat.

We are eating Spare Ribs with all the staff almost every day after you comment. The Chef has scanned all the cooking procedures of the meat, the sauce, etc... and did it very seriously, he cried all day. Can you do me a favor ?...More

Very nice museum focussing on the end 19th or begin 29th century. Lots of paintings by James Ensor, good sculptures (some Rodins). In the same building as Renee Magritte and Okd Masters museums (combi ticket possible).

Menu is posted daily on a chalkboard inside the restaraunt, and can be reviewed before committing. Multiple fish dishes were available on the day we ate there, but as the menu changes frequently, it's best to review the... More
