Chez Franz has a good selection of brunches on Sundays. Prices are reasonable and the food is good although not so healthy but it was a brunch, right? The only problem is that it's a small place and doesn't take reservations so sometimes you may have to wait to get a table. The staff is nice and food is plenty.... More

This small and authentic café is perfect for a small breakfast and brunch/ lunch (they also serve dinner). A simple menu with fresh and tasty ingredients. Decent prices compared to Brussels average. Good service and local visitors. They also have a terrace that is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine during spring and summer!

I drive by Chez Franz regularly at night and it always looks like the coziest bar in the area, bustling with people inside and on the terrasse. When I read in a magazine that their brunch was equally amazing, I decided to give it a go. May be the waiter hadn't slept well. May be we made the mistake of... More

The brunch chez Franz is good and cheap. Respect to many brunch places in Brussels where you need to pay at least 20 euro , here you can have a good brunch for 14 euro (size medium) and also with special food such as pain perdu. The queue to seat was just 15min on Sunday around 12.30. But the place... More

Small place in Ixelles. I was there last Sunday afternoon for a coffee with friends. Cool environment but pretty small. Also tried the burger, which is nothing special that really cheap though.

Especially during sunny days, whith their perfectly oriented terrace. Chez Franz is cosy but trendy, without being sophisticated. It is also definitely a place for locals, very few touristst here. Even if... More

There is no doubt what we are doing in Wednesday. Beef tartare for lunch @ Franz is The One. Add bottle of nice affordable red wines to share with your friend and Life Is Good get some other visualization. Enjoy

We had brunch on a Saturday at Chez Franz and it was lovely. We especially enjoyed the Brunch Light, the Brunch Small and the Brunch Large. The staff was friendly and the whole atmosphere was charming.
