This is a restaurant that is geared to the young, but with an old fashioned twist: the emphasis is on (very good quality) meat. Before you enter the restaurant, you pass the butcher shop, where you can see dry aged steaks ... mmm. As is customary in this part of Belgium, prices are very reasonable. The wine list is well... I had an excellent piece of meat, and the side dishes were ok. However, the place is a bit expensive overall and the waiting times were too long this time. All in all, a solid address for meat lovers in the centre of Liege.

Didn't make a reservation so arrived quite early but I need not have bothered as the restaurant wasn't very busy. I selected the 200gr Uruguayan fillet and when it arrived it was slightly overcooked and small. For €32 I should've gone for the entrecôte (my neighbouring table had this!). The fries were also slightly overcooked. However, it was still a... More

Friends suggested this place. And it was so amazing. The perfect croquettes and then the meat was perfectly cooked and so good. Only downside is that I don't live close enough to come here more. Great place.

The restaurant is a good choice for a tasty steak dinner. We enjoyed the atmosphere which has a lot of red tones and good lighting. We were efficiently looked after when we arrived and for the most part the service was solid. The house made fois gras was silky and delicious. Steak choices abound and the server explained the intensity... More

This is a nice restaurant, but it is located in a sort of back alley which serves as garbage collection point for the neighborhood. Because of this there was a foul smell when approaching the restaurant, which almost made me turn around. Anyway, as soon as you enter, you realize that the place is worth the visit. I had the... The restaurant also acts as a butchers, which is at the front of the restaurant. They have a selection of different beef and cuts ranging from belgian to uruguayan to japanese. Price range is good, from around 16 euro up to 100 mark. I recommend the uruguayan steak at around 24 euros, which includes fries, side salad and an amuse-bouche... More

Two of us were on route from the UK to South West Germany via Belgium and we hit TripAdviser for highly-rated Steakhouses in Liege. La Maison Leblanc was highly rated and so we headed there and parked right next door in an underground secure Car Park. Inside the restaurant the welcome was setting was smart & stylish, and the staff... More

A new place in Liège (Belgium) to eat meat. It's not only a restaurant but it's also a butchery (famous since 1873). All menus are on iPad, it's an amazing way to learn about products you will eat. Friendly waiters, beautiful place and amazing meat quality, you will be charmed by this new place.
