Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The most wonderful decor to have some of the best beers around. Friendly service, busy but not crowded. Loved it.

So we saw T’Brugge Biertje had good reviews and wanted to check it out. I can’t say enough good things about this bar. It was a mix of tourists and locals just hanging out drinking authentic, locally made beers. We got there and it had...the cool “dove bar”’vibe but quickly realized it was much more. They have over 300 beers available and the menu can be overwhelming. We spoke with the beertenders about what flavors and styles we liked and they provided recommendations. Needless to say, every beer we had was delicious and all were microbrews from Belgium. We sat and drank beer, made some friends form the U.K. and had a great time.More

Haven't been here in years and the beer list is so great ! Well-recommended but please don't go in & ask for lager and chardonnay and then spend the next 30 mins whingeing that it didn't have what you wanted - go elsewhere !

Visited both night we stayed in Bruges. A little bar with a massive selection of bottles beer, ranging from €4 to €75. All the beers we tasted were great and they have a small selection of tap beers too.

I'd say the title summarizes everything I had to say about the place. Seems liked by the locals, looks old, the atmosphere is very relaxed. I loved the place.

We spent the first evening of our trip here and had a lovely chilled evening drinking beer and snacking on cheese and salami. There were 2 bottles of gluten free beer for me to sample and a whole book of beer for my partner to...choose from. The staff are relaxed but attentive. Can't recommend this place enough for a cosy drink.More

Stopped in for a couple of pints, sat at the bar next to some friendly locals. The place was packed, but the bartender was working like crazy. Unique beers on tap and a great atmosphere, definitely recommend!

A very different beer drinking experience for me. This pub is for beer connoisseurs with its extensive beer menu and cosy atmosphere. Classical music shows its power as the mood was very sedate. Main clientele seemed to be middle aged solo drinkers - but not...the down on your luck problem type. Nevertheless the guy in the long coat near me had a nice snooze for 30 minutes after sipping his 10% a/v beer. Had to try it myself. I enjoyed my visit immensely. Well worth checking out.More

The place is decorated with countless beer signs and coasters and the bar has a bit of an ancient look. To go along with the ancient feel, it's unfortunately a bit stuffy (literally) as if it was never fully cleaned after indoor smoking was banned....The have only five basic beers on tap, but hundreds of choices from bottles, and the best beer prices I saw in Bruges.More

In a 5 day stay we visited this pub twice, once for a beer and the second time for a beer and a light meal. It’s super cozy, friendly and as others have said, on a side street. Very easy to find and not loaded...with tourists. The beer menu is extensive. Sit at the bar if you can, or at one of the cozy tables in the front. Our service was very good.More

Great cozy pub hidden away down a side street. So many choices of beers that they have a folder full of choices. Basic In design but makes up for it with the beers.
