It's the perfect place for a few romantic drinks and nibbles. Candle lighting, cosy fire...what more do you need?

My husband, daughter and I had dinner here at the recommendation of our hotel. We ordered ribs, Flemish beef stew and beef brochette. We all agreed that the ribs were exceptional! The other entrees were tasty, but the beef was chewy on both dishes. My husband loved the ice cream with hot fudge for dessert. Our waiter was friendly and... More

A tucked away atmospheric restaurant which seemed to full of locals which is always a good sign. The complimentary bread and home made pate and onion jelly was great. We had the Flemish Beef Stew and Cassoulet of Lamb which were both excellent. The staff were great and knowing we were pushed for time endured extra speedy service. Highly recommended.

.. we were overwhelmed. First impressions are that it is very cosy with art deco ornaments and walls covered in portraits staring down at you. Oddities include a deer's stuffed head and an old gramophone as you enter. Free home made bread with pate & jam to start with. For all 5 of us, mains were pronounced excellent and this... More

I booked a table here for my birthday break in Bruges. Walking through the red velvet curtains we were welcomed by friendly staff and a lovely, warm atmosphere. We were quickly seated and presented with bread and homemade pate which was delicious to start our meal. I ordered the beef stew and my boyfriend ordered the lamb cassoulet, both were... More

The place is very cosy with great decor. The place was full and we had a wait for 1,5h for the table but was totally worth it. The food was delicious and service was nice. Recommend to everyone who wants to try Belgian food and make a reservation ahead ; )

We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel and loved it. The vibe is very cosy and homely, with candlelit tables and eclectic decor. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We shared the steak for 2 people which came with chips and garnish followed by the Belgian waffle AND chocolate mousse - after... Went there on a Saturday evening with some friends. A Reservation was necessary... the place was fully booked. Four of us choose the côte à l'os with fresh made béarnaise sauce, another person took the rabbit. I can recommend both dishes! When the hostess heard about my friends birthday she came back with some fireworks on top of an icecream..... More

We were in Bruges on a Tuesday in January which we quickly found out is a terrible time to try and have dinner as most places are closed, we were wandering around and so glad we found this place. We popped in and found there was one woman who was running round serving everyone extremely efficiently. We had a veggie... More
