Perfectly cooked and presented: warm pear starter; Sea Bass and mussels; Belgian meat balls. Great location just off Market Square, authentic cooking and stress free service.

Excellent family run restaurant. We had scallops and wild game croquettes to start, both were very good. The pig cheek stew for my main course was particularly delicious! It was my favourite dish of the entire holiday in Bruges. The service was nice and unrushed...and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening here. Would definitely recommend!More
A small, cosy restaurant, serving excellent food. The service was attentive but relaxed and friendly. One of my main gripes when eating out, is lukewarm food. I had pork cheek stew which was delicious and literally steaming until I finished, and I’m a slow eater!...My partner had sea bream with seafood garnish. Again hot and tasty. Presentation was great and there was an interesting selection of wine. We chose the house red. Very good. It’s a small restaurant, tucked away in one of the numerous alley type streets, but well worth seeking it out. It doesn’t have an endless selection on the menu, but that’s a plus. We would definitely visit again on our next trip.More
An excellent fine place in the very center of Bruges. Not too busy but you should reserve your table in advance. Exceptional service and fine cuisine. Highly, very highly recommended.
This place was highly spoken about in various travel groups so we were happy to go. The place is super cozy and cute. There’s a warm atmosphere. We started with a bottle of wine and shrimp croquettes - which were very good. My husband and...I ordered the same meal. It was red fish filet over maybe mushy peas (not sure but that what it looked like). I thought it was okay - but my husband really did not enjoy it. When the waiter came out - he told him he did not think it was good. He said the presentation and the taste was “a mess”. Well - that ended our meal. We were promptly brought our check. The waiter thanked me for coming and ignored my husband. In reviewing some of the two, three and one star reviews, I’ve discovered that this seems to be the go-to response when a meal is not enjoyed. We got the check, paid and walked outMore
Small huden gem in Brugge with limited seating and capacity. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation. Food was amazing and the surrounding cozy. The house red was an excellent French wine.
BEST MEAL WE HAD IN BRUGES! SO FRESH AND BEAUTIFULLY PLATED. WOULD GO AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. GREAT DINNER!
We were very disappointed with this restaurant. Limited choice on menu, no atmosphere, decor bland, not very welcoming compared to other restaurants we visited. Starters were over priced, main courses were good, desserts average.
The wife had fish which was awesome. The wine and venison was amazing brilliant atmosphere. Thank you so much again !!!!
Excellent husband and wife run restaurant. Everything was just perfect, even for a vegetarian. I pour absolutely recommend. It we visit Bruges again would definitely book.
Great family restaurant. Seasonal menu with great game dishes for autumn. Service impeccable and friendly. Six different dishes between the two of us and every one really good. Strongly recommended. Needed to book in advance - small number of covers but all the better experience...when you get there.More
Great local cuisine. Amazing pork cheek stew. Steak a bit over-seasoned but other than that, a lovely meal. The ambience was perfect and the waiter very friendly too. A nice place away from the tourist trap restaurants.
Amazing food, relaxed atmosphere and great service from a super friendly host, we were so pleased to discover this brilliant restaurant. We will definitely be back!
Really great restaurant, very good food and very good vibe, very recommended for couple, and really great experience!!!
Our party of 8 had a great evening . Food and service was just great. It's a really small place, 22 seats only, so booking a table is a must I guess. Highly recommendable.
