As regular visitors to Lagos, we've driven past numerous times but never visited before until this evening. The food was excellent and the staff were lovely and very efficient. Each dish tasted better than any dish we'd tried at home! Amazing flavours, would strongly recommend and the views were really good too!

We first came here in 2012, and returning this year found it as good as ever. It is well worth the effort to find, with a lovely view over Lagos. The staff are very willing to help an advise on choice, and the food is excellent. Would definitely recommend a visit.

O Marafado is just outside Lagos and is well worth the short trip. It is situated on a hill overlooking Lagos and at night the lights are lovely. The staff are friendly and offer good advice on what to pick and how many tapas you need. They speak English too if your Portuguese isn't up to it. The food is... More

My family ate here while visiting Lagos and had a great experience. We all ordered a couple tapas and split them, and it was delicious! Our favorites were the chorizo, salmon, the mushroom dishes, and goat cheese with marmalade. The sangria was also excellent! Definitely recommended.

Went on a surfing trip with a friend and found this Tapas restaurant by accident on our way back from Lagos. So lucky we found it! Great view, very nice staff and AMAZING food, especially the "Chorizo Inferno" and the warm chocolate cake.

What a beautiful place for being so close to Lagos! I really wanted to get out into the country but we didn't want to drive for an hour. This was a perfect setting for that. Beautiful views of the countryside of Lagos, and only a few minutes away from the historic center. Love the tapas idea, but the menu could... More

When visiting Lagos, we received a small shortlist of great restaurants from a friend who lives there. We duly visited each one, and O Marafado, proved to be an absolute delight. An elevated setting just outside the city centre (just a few hundred yards from MacDonalds on the road to Aljezur ). The setting and views are delightful, the fittings... More

What a peaceful place and what a view over the city of Lagos and the sea! The food is great and relatively cheap, the atmosphere is very relaxing, service is good and staff is very friendly. (P.S. This is a Tapas restaurant)

This restaurant is well worth a visit, the food is incredible, the atmosphere typically Portuguese, set high on a hill with views of Lagos + the sea it is hard to beat. It's family run business and the service is next to none.
