We were going to go to Pizzolino for dinner but they were closed so we walked down the street to Alforno. The waitress was very nice and efficient. I liked the very thin crust on the pizza but I expected more flavor. My wife and I ordered the Gorgonzola with spinach pizza and I would have liked a deeper Gorgonzola... More

We were a party of four, (no booking was necessary), and were repeat diners. Let's quickly get the situation and decor out of the way. It's set back from the road in a recessed terrace and is hardly at the heart of Lagos' beautiful zones (definitely no views). It's not laden with fake Italian paraphernalia or mock ambiance; it's more... More

Our first night in Lagos, it looked good, was busy & was handy for our first meal. A very good experience i had a Pizza, with my wife trying the Lasagne, both excellent with generous portions. Good service & good atmos. It was busy so the slightly long wait was justified for a freshly prepared meal. Slightly above average price... More

Without a doubt the best pizza&pasta we've ever eaten! Absolutely delicious! Also a very friendly waitress. The best italian restaurant around town.

Loved this place. Spaghetti is yummy, garlic bread yummy, all of their food is delicious. It's not a fast food place. Saw all reviews about service not being fast enough! Fast doesn't equal great food. Perhaps those naysayers should go to Burger King or MacDonald's.

We passed this restaurant a couple of times to sample Portuguese restaurants of Lagos first. We tried it last night and the pizzas were delicious, the base was homemade and the toppings added to order. There was an extensive menu and an option to add extras or create your own. The only down side for us was that it was... More

We were looking for something to eat on our first afternoon in Lagos and happened to see this little pizzeria on the way back from the grocery store. We decided to stop on, expecting some pre-made, order by the slice spot, but were pleasantly surprised! The selection of pizzas was great, and for 8.5 Euros we got a freshly made,... More

The pizza here is good. That's the plus. The huge negatives are really bad service - I mean properly comically bad - and incredibly slow production of one of mankind's great fast foods. Oh dear.
