Ricardo Gosling is a Portuguese born with English descent who crossed paths with Boris Kondratiev, in one of the leading food chains in London, where they worked together for many years. Both food lovers and business men, with the dream of settling themselves in the Algarve, the partners have joined forces and made this Casa do Prego a must go within locals and tourists. One being totally turned to the public-relations and team leading, and the other one playing a fundamental role on creation and conception, as well as on new sources of investment and expansion of the project, Ricardo and Boris are the parts of the puzzle that fit perfectly together.
