Although this restaurant is off the beaten track, I can really recommend it. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. For a group of eight we only paid just over 20 Euros per person for our food and drinks which is pretty reasonable.

After a long day exploring the city, we stopped at Status after taking the cable car across the bay. The restaurant staff was fantastic, especially with our 2 year old. The food was good, but we enjoyed the atmosphere more. Tucked away in the shade we could people watch and enjoy being outside. We would highly recommend this restaurant and... More

Having been on the cable car we decided to eat near where it ends. There is a long row of restaurants. We decided on this one having looked at the menus and seen how busy it was. Cannelloni was cooked fresh, the king prawn stuffed fish with mashed potatoes was something I had not seen or had before and the... More

Happened across this place whilst hanging around Lisbon prior to a flight home. The food was very good and cheap. They do two or three dishes of the day for €7.90. On the day we visited one of these was sea bass....which was better than the fish I had eaten the night before in the Algarve (and paid double the... More

Traveling with a picky eater can be hard so I was really happy that Status has a kids menu with a few kid friendly options. I ordered the prawns and they where very good. My daughter ordered the fried octopus with octopus rice which was ok but not fantastic. The service was ok but nothing spectacular. Overall a good option... More

Easy to find and there is many competitors in the same street. Prices were medium but food wasn't very good. Eatable but far from good. Service quite slow because only one man serving everyone. I would not go another time but if you live nearby try the whole street.

I arrived in Lisbon very late and headed to Status for a late dinner. Never ate here before, so it was great to hear they were still open. I was the only guest, so I got my carbonara quickly. Staff was friendly, which might have been because they were not busy at all, or just because they are usually friendly.... More

This was a pretty good chance venue. Service was entertaining and he had lived in Ireland so we were happy. Food was a good mixture of Portuguese and Italian food. There was only one waiter and he kept everyone served but it seemed hectic. Food was pretty good for the Price and as a lunch venue it was good.

Awful food, unfriendly service, totally overpriced especially the bread, butter & garlic bread we thought were complimentary. Avoid.

We chose this restaurant because it looked fairly straightforward, but not expecting anything remarkable. However, the food was really good. The chips were excellent - home-made quality. My wife had the deep-fried fish and seafood dish. She enjoyed this very much and said that the batter was light and fresh.

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighbourhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
