We had a great meal here during our stay in Lisbon. It was recommended by our hotel and did not disappoint. My squid salad and salt cod were delicious. It is a busy restaurant so you need to book. The service was relaxed but attentive.

Service and food were both exceptional. We ate garlic prawns to start which were enormous and full of flavour followed by cataplana again well cooked and presented. The local wine was very good and we finished off the meal with a well priced creme brûlée....More

It looks nice, but tasteless. The service is good! The dishes were disappointing: we tried the fried calamari, bakala, grouper filet, prawn soup and clams for starters 😏

We ate here last night and really enjoyed it. We shared a seafood and sausage Portuguese stew which came with rice and potatoes. Absolutely gorgeous and I would happily go ago. Great friendly service too.

Description
In one of the seven hills of Lisbon, between Alfama and the Castle and looking at the viewpoint of Santa Luzia, is a cozy and traditional, rustic restaurant, serving typical dishes from traditional Portuguese cuisine. Housed in a XVIII century building, preserves the aura that gives it a certain charisma.
