Really friendly staff and very delicious dishes (especially octopus salad, shrimp pancakes, fried cuttlefish and other seafood). Live music was excellent.

This was our favorite meal on our Portugal vacation. We loved the small, simple atmosphere and the food was exquisite. We had a reservation and the restaurant had our table ready with a cute sign for us. The service was great and the food was...truly our favorite. This place opens for lunch at 1:00 and has seating inside and outside in the plaza in front of the restaurant. The bruschetta is very nice as are the padron peppers. Service is efficient and friendly. A good choice for lunch.

Great food with wonderful and helpful service. Our host was proud to talk to us about their produce & local wines. Nothing was too much and we really enjoyed our meal. Would definitely return.

The location of the restaurant is very good and the atmosphere there is pretty charming. Food was nice and the price was fair. The garlic prawns were a bit overcooked for my taste, but the pork cheeks were very tender.

Even we did not made a reservation they made place for us. The quality of food and wine is really good and the prices are normal. Quick and friendly service and clean toilets. Definitely a yes!!

We didn’t speak Portuguese and the staff wasn’t very helpful. The menu wasn’t clear and one dish that arrived was probably not the one we ordered, but we weren’t able to ask the waiter and it wasn’t very good either. My octopus salad was way...too seasoned and you couldn’t taste the fish at all, just the onions, spice and a sour taste probably due to the oil or the vinegar. Wouldn’t recommend.More

We had a great evening with lovely tapas dishes, not exclusively seafood(!) and local singers throughout. Very good value for food and wine, good service and great atmosphere.

We made an reservation a day before and stood at the door waiting for 5 minutes. Everyone saw us, nobody bothered to say anything, ask anything or show they cared. When someone finally asked, we got a table that had not been cleaned after the...previous guests (crumbs of some sort). Instead of cleaning (and I would assume disinfecting nowadays), we got a placemat dropped onto the table as well as a menu. By that time we felt so unwelcome and so bad, we just left. Our worst experience in Lisbon, because we generally find people very friendly everywhere. At Tosca, hospitality is not part of the dictionary.More

What a pleasant surprise! We chose this place for a late lunch and took all the time to explore its menu. Every dish was simply perfectly executed, ranging from the chorizo in firefighters style, smoked codfish, braced Iberian pork, sweet potatoes, their signature rice, and...garlic sausage fried balls.
