First off, the food was fine. Not spectacular but okay. However do not come here expecting good service. My tip, get here about 7pm, just walk in and sit down at a table with perhaps a little gesture to the waitstaff. She will come eventually...More

We have definitely had much better food elsewhere. We of course tried theirs specialities, but I’m not impressed. My fish was tasteless and dry. The vegetables were over cooked without any taste, not even salt 🤨 My boyfriend’s prawns were more tasty, but unfortunately were...More

I heard a lot of good things about this place so my expectations were high. We were lucky enough not to find a huge queue in front of the restaurant so we were seated right away. We were a group of 8 but 3 of...More

This is the sort of restaurant which might split opinion but I'd written it down on our list to visit and it was also on the recommended list of the lady who owned the property we stayed in. We arrived at around 19.30 on a...More

Friends had recommended this place to us so we decided to give it a go. We arrived just after 7pm and got a table inside. It was a bench table and we were out between two other couples. I have seen some negative things said...More

I don't really understand why this restaurant was so busy. I got there early (7ish) so got a table but it was very tiny and crowded. The service wasn't very friendly. Relatively cheap (I paid 1 euro for a croquette, 1 euro for a cod...More

Very popular restaurant. Be there at 19.00 or you will have to wait for a table! Simple dishes but excellent taste and large portions! Very fair prices. Great fish soup!

This restaurant it's too overrated comparing to the service and how tasty are the meals. I don't know why tourists are queuing at this place but there are several things that I didn't liked: the menu is only in Portuguese, the staff is not speaking...More

Melisa the waiter offered the rudest service I had in my life. I saw that for the other tables as well. No octopus, no pork, no nothing. Too crowded for nothing. The salmon was toooo salty and burnt. The cod fish was dry, without any...More

We've been recommended this food by some friends. Ordered the octopus and bacalhao.octopus without any taste, served cold, and no seasoning. Bacalhao was compared to other restaurants in Portugal terrible. No locals, just tourists. After 8 pm queue. Don't understand this hype.
