The waiters did not smile once and were a bit creepy in that they watched us eat- but the food was quite tasty. Rather small portions.

I've been to la campania ever since i was five.. after 25 years the waiters are still the same and pizzas are still the best in the world! (Every dish is pretty good actually and at very reasonable prices) Service is super efficient but don't expect the waiters to smile at you.. they never have..

The food was great! The menu is rich. We chose the capers salad as an appetizer and the Lasagna and the spaghetti with pesto for main course. For desert we took the Panna cotta. The food was tasty and the service was very good!

We visited this restaurant by chance only because the one we wanted to try was full. So this one was close by, looked packed too so decided to try it. And it proved to be better than I expected but still not very good either. Well, there are two downsides: the smell (you'll notice when you step foot in the... More

Our first night in Lisbon staying at the Intercontinental before going on an Ama cruise. The concierge suggested an Italian restaurant and we assumed it was La Campania. However we were really supposed to be in La Trattoria across the road, but that wasn't as obvious to find. BIGGEST mistake walking into La Campania. Surly and downright rude waiters, dreadfully... Pasta was well done and if you like an awesome salad with a mix of vegetables and cheese get the Salad Campania. It does come with a house thousands island dressing. I was expecting olive oil and wine vinegar but liked it. Wife and daughter shared Pasta Bologna. I'm not a fan but they liked it. Fresh orange juice, bottle... More

La Campania is not vey large in terms of space, so it is a must to make previous reservations in order to assure a table. The menu caters various and excellent fresh pasta dishes, pizza and more traditional italian dishes. It is a cozy restaurant, although it tends to get a bit loud.

The restaurant is small but cozy, a bit noisy, but very nice for a dinner for two or four. Employees have to improve sympathy, but the service is competent and fast. A good option to eat Italian food.

Good fresh pasta, good pizza, average steak, prices a bit above average, but most important is the angry waiters, I am so sorry for eating at your place and making you work! This is how we felt.
