I had a celebratory pastel de nata here for my 29th birthday - the waiter was very friendly and taught my fiance to say 'happy birthday' in Portuguese! Very pleasant to sit and watch the world go by in the sun.

Friendly staff, tasty lunches, reasonably priced, not a huge menu but most things you need. Perfect for breaks and lunches.

We visited after a trip to the Castle. Stopped in for a snack and a drink, enjoyed the fish cakes and pastei de nata. Absolutely delicious and very prompt service.
