The bar doesn't have a particular style, very simple and basic furniture, but they have live music and drinks are super. They're actually double drinks, no extra ice 'to cover it up', and the price is just 5€.

If you know a bit about Lisbon and you are not a boring person, you will want to have a few nights out in Bairro Alto. No other place shows you the relaxed and easy going spirit of the City and the Portuguese people, this wee bar will be one of the first drinking spots when you walk from the... More

If you love dive bars with nice people, uber cheap drinks, a sing along to classic rock tunes played live on guitar with your lighters in the air then you are home! Ask for Banderas the bar manager. He is a legend and looks like Antonio.

Very cheap drink and 4€ for a beer that was about a pint and a half and 5€ for a mojito the same size, bar staff were friendly. There was a live band playing when we were there who started at about 22.45 and were absolutely brilliant, three guys on guitars and one singing. The band were drawing crowds in... More

This hipster area is buzzing with places to eat and in search of somewhere to predrink we sat here. Okay it looks like a seedy soho club but we drank fab and huge cocktails to kick off our night! Around 5euro for a huge capriaha and a black liquorice tasting drink that we had never tried. If you're wandering up... More

This is a small family run bar that has a music depository with hundreds of songs from the 80s and 90s (and even some 70s music too). Young people love it because it is an 'in' place to be, but older people feel at home here and love hearing their 'oldies but goodies' while sipping homemade Sangria, Caparainhas, Strawberry cocktails...
