Lovely meal including the naan bread. Kingfisher beer was rather expensive at€4.50 a bottle so that disappointed me so would just have water next time

We both had delicious food, chicken madras and traditional prawn curry with rice . Couldn't fault it .

Visited New Year's Eve with my sister. We had a lovely meal. Neither of us do particularly hot food but the food was tasty and well cooked. The service was professional and friendly, the perfect start to the evening.

We had a very good dinner Christmas Day, and liked it so much we went back the next evening. The food is delicious. The ambiance is lovely and the service is friendly. However, we have found service to be inattentive as a general rule in Portugal. We did enjoy our meals.

Service was slow and had to keep trying to stop a waiter to order etc. Pakora was poor compared to Scottish standards. Husband's lamb Baptist had 3 small pieces of meat. Wouldn't go again.

Lovely restaurant with excellent food. Staff attentive and very polite. Melt in the mouth lamb madras! Superb! Chicken dish served to us in error so given free and original dish served within minutes. Everything fresh, great breads and wine.

Visited on a relatively quiet evening. The service was efficient and the waiter was polite and attentive. Food was very good and well presented with more than adequate portions. Would definitely go back.

I enjoyed visiting this restaurant so much that I ended going three times whilst staying in Funchal. The first visit was for a two-course dinner whilst the following two were for take-aways. The menu is extensive and offers everything you would expect from an Indian restaurant. For mains, my mum opted for a tandoori chicken whilst I opted for a... More

If you know your Indian food don't bother eating here ... we had some of the blandest Indian food ever, and for the pleasure of it or not we paid twice what we would of payed back home.
