A “concept” restaurant either a fixed price of about 40 euros each to include all food and drink ie amuse Bouche with sparkling wine. Starter with white. Main with either white or red, dessert with dessert wine ( usually Madeira or similar), coffee with petit fours and either still or sparkling water throughout. All drinks were topped up throughout the meal.
I also think you could go for an a la carte menu although I have not experienced that.
