Food was a bit average. The shrimp pasta was dry. Ordered water and didn't arrive. Sangria was good. Service was a bit slow it was hard getting attention to pay bill.

Live music playing created a lovely atmosphere. Waiter and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Highly recommend it

I really liked how this place was decorated. It was very cozy and had a great musician adding to the ambiance. The food was decent too. My husband got fish soup and grilled squid. The squid was a bit on the tough side. I got...More

We were hungry after a busy day sightseeing and had already walked passed this restaurant earlier in the day and heard the guitarist/musician playing at the entrance. This enticed us in later in the day as we thought it seemed atmospheric and the music was...More

Eat here if you are hungry and don't feel like walking around or queuing up for other restaurants. The service is average and so is the food (although a bit to the overly salted side). Expensive for the city so they aim most at tourists....More

The food is awful. I've just been there and I've been completely disappointed: the shrimp timbale is flavorless and the texture is slimy. My boyfriend had a dish that was supposed to have cod, eggs and potatoes but it only had potatoes inside and just...More

Booked this restaurant at the recommendation of our guest house. The inside was better looking than the exterior. Our meal was good but we had better in other nearby restaurants at the same price. The thick mushroom sauce on my pork tenderloin overpowered the taste...More

Fine place. We had grilled hake and cod with cornbread, which was tatsy. It's not a tourist trap, so don't be afraid to go there, but there might be better fish places in the city. The White sangria was the best thing about the meal....More

"A Parte" is the new restaurant/bar/lounge, in Oporto, next to Mercado Ferreira Borges in the old town. It's a lively and informal place, where you can find good portuguese food.
