A charming restaurant, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Porto. Might be tricky to find, but well worth it. This restaurant is one of the oldest in Porto. Old building, nicely done with exposed old stone walls and antiques! Service was excellent. Staff...More

The restaurant is very appealing, nice touch and furniture, the overall atmosphere is very well curated. Service was very polite and gentle, although i have to say food was a bit below expectation. A long wait for receiving a sandwich barely filled, and an orata...More

Fantastic atmosphere in this really authentic Porto restaurant. Have the terylene sandwich and sparkling red. Delicious. Came back the next day as the food was so nice. Really enjoyed the soft cheese and pumpkin jam.

Tucked in a small alley, not far away from Sao Bento railway station, this tiny restaurant is maybe a bit tricky to find but worth the effort. The decor is like being in a someone’s house in the Portuguese countryside and that reflects in food...More

They say the oldest restaurent in Porto. Small cute, rustic restaurent. Obviously very authentic! Food was great at a very resonable price (seafood as well as meats). Amazing, bilingual helpful servers. Highly recommend!

Located on the street sort of behind the McDs. Usually busy, so have reservations OR stop by and ask if they can seat you then or possibly later. (We came back 40 minutes later, on a Saturday afternoon.) Not expensive. Bathrooms are up two steep...More

This restaurant certainly wins for ambiance, but it also served the best food we ate in Porto. It's home-style cuisine, very hearty and warm with good portion sizes. The interior is all stone, and it transports you back to a different time. It's a convenient...More
