Excellent Italian food, excellent service and great atmosphere, with 3 distinct areas. The only negative remark is that sometimes they charge the grissini even if we do not eat it.

I have been visiting Caruso on and of all since it started for more than 20 years ago and now I have been visited again after a long time away from Povoa. We were welcomed professionally by the staff and get our seating and a menu card immediately. The restaurant has been beautifully re-decorated since my last visit. We were... More

A menu with Italy' classics, like caprese salad, pastas and pizzas. Italian wines but also portuguese. And a friendly, helpful service.

If looking for a proper meal with realistic italian dishes this is the place to visit. The restaurant is very nice and the table service is very polite and detailed. The food take us on trip to the best italian dishes, and the kitchen delivers everytime the same quality patern.

The place is very beautiful, and very cozy! The service is poor, and the food is average, not the Italian you will expect from looking at the ambiance. I order a pasta and it was good, but not amazing. My date order a mushroom pizza, but it has to much cheese and the tomato sauce was also to much, and... More

This was a nice restaurant. Nice interior and a good menu. It is slightly higher prices than others but it was nicer inside than the others. No plastic furniture! The only grumble I have is we got charged for all the little extras. The bread, ham and packets of bread sticks that were on the table without asking for cost... More
