This restaurant looks small from the outside as you go in off of the town square, but inside it opens out into a quaint restaurant for about 60 covers. We had the prawn fondue, a pan of oil was brought to the table in which the prawns were fried, this was accompanied by potatoes and a lovely fruit salad of... More

We noted a traditional fondue bourgignon. A speciality of the house, not what we expected to.find in Portugal, but good nevertheless. Friendly staff, central location.

It's preferable to eat outside on good days but we happened on this restaurant on a vile day with rain bucketing down. It's the ancient town bakery converted into a cosy if slightly eccentric room. Local foods, 3 of us had grilled sardines which were average. The 3 Pots specialise in fondues at very good prices but we didn't try... More

Just off the main square. Good value, large salad as a starter and nice main courses. Pleasant environment and highly recommended

The fondue Bourguignonne is the local specialty. The restaurants uses fresh products. The quantities are a bit large and you need to take your time. Then you definitely receive value for money.

The service was good and friendly. Really like the decoration, very typical for the region . I order the (cabrito assado no forno) ,just one thing which I think if the meat wasn't sliced could be better, but was good

This restaurant offers good traditional food. We had cabrito assado ( roasted goat), which was very good! Great wines as well. Friendly staff takes the time to explain about the restaurant.

We chose this restaurant because it looked very nice. The ambiance is really great, but the food really wasn't. It was not fresh, and the Fries were quite greasy and 'weak'. My salmon was ok, though it was quite dry and salty. My husband had meat, which was not fresh and not tender at all. I did however had some... More

We came here only last week and were very pleased with the food, wine and service. I think they're making a real effort to improve a few small details. They do Portuguese fondue, which is not cheese but delicious all the same. NOTE: the kitchen closes at 3pm at lunchtimes.
