Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited with 8 family members (2 gluten free) and found the Seafield Arms welcoming. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, great varied menu and something for everyone. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again very soon! Huge thanks to all...the staff, it's a great place and a little gem. Looking forward to sampling the rest of the menu!More

Booked for sunday lunch and I am so glad we did. 3 of us had a beautiful sunday lunch and 2 of us has salads and they did not dissapoint. The portions are very generous and very tasty food. Staff were very polite and prices...were very reasonable. It was so great we have re-booked for another night during our holiday here. This place is a hidden gem. But i would highly suggest booking as it was busy and seems like a big hit with the local people too.More

Went out here for my birthday meal with hubby and our dog Maddie. Couldn't have been more welcomed by the staff and some of the customers. Food was delicious and large portions, you would never come away from here hungry, even had a doggy menu...which maddie loved when her sausages and gravy turned up. Ended up going every day for lunch , would definitely recommend booking a table as this little gem is so popular. The girls who served us over the week were amazing and friendly.More

We had been recommended this establishment by a couple of people and were really looking forward to seeing what the place had to offer. We had only been in Whitehills less than 1 hour after a 7 hour drive. Owner approached us from behind in...an abrupt manner before we even got through the door, no polite 'sorry, we are full or offer of us sitting outside which was empty (which is what we had intended with dogs. Just 'you can't go in, we're full, no tables. We explained we didnt want food..just a quick drink.. Not a great 1st impression.. Needless to say we spent our money elsewhere. Shame really..we had been looking forward to eating there during our stay....(although I did pop in for a drink a few days later to see if it was a 'one off' .customers and staff were really nice, owner however didn't even acknowledge me...More

They do have off street parking. Having spent time in Whitehills, you don’t really need secure parking.
