Such a fantastic gem of a place. Wonderful food and very friendly staff. Came here four days in a row in early December and had four excellent meals. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

What a little hidden gem! We had Sunday lunch today. Hottest Sunday lunch I’ve ever had! Cooked to perfection and plenty of it. Real gravy, and cauliflower cheese included. It was great value for money and a real treat. Will return definitely !🤗

We ordered the Lamb Curry and it came out as stewed Beef with rice. Ordered the Stake and ale pie. This came as two pieces of puff pastry with stewed beef in between. Not very value for money

Have been here twice in the last two days, once just for drinks the second for food. Well organised for CV-19 rules and regs. Great food and beer choice. Would recommend.

Unfortunately the pub isn’t dog friendly so wasn’t able to access meals etc. This time of year, not great to sit outside no matter how nice the beer garden
