I've made a visit to Kreatofageion, as it was near the place I've rented for my vacations. Very good kebab, big portions and very friendly staff. Maybe the most VFM restaurant in Athens.

We were here 2 times with the family. The restaurant is located on a small square with a park. We loved to eat under the trees. The food was good and not expensive at all (much cheaper than the restaurants in Plaka and around Monastiraki)....More

We stumbled upon this cute restaurant by chance and were so happy we did. The service was great, the servers were friendly and spoke English, and they were very helpful. We had the smoked eggplant dip with fresh, hot, homemade pita and was it fantastic!...More

I have been a few times with my son (now 3) and it always worked out so well. The food is excellent (recommended: kebab) and simple. They don't have gyros but offer as alternative a thinly cut steak. Good anyway.

Five adults and 2 toddlers quenched our hunger for about €50. Enjoyed the salad and the mastelo. The souvlakia were well done. Nice french fries. Also liked our table under the trees in the square. The kids could play next to us.

We ate here for two lunches and four dinners during our stay in Athens. We tried most things on the menu and everything was fantastic. The pita wraps for under €3 are super nice. Highly recommended the homemade sausage. Staff were also great. They do...More

The elongated Panathenaic Stadium, built for the first
modern Olympic Games in 1896, acts as grand gateway to

Pangrati. This area of typical small squares, busy
main roads and residential streets will give you a
clear sense of what living in this metropolis is like.
A walk up quiet Markou Mousourou Street on the west
side of the stadium will bring you past the First
