After reading all the great reviews and wanting to please the kids with a bit more of a regular breakfast we arrived to find it CLOSED. Looks like it's out of business. Terrible review as we didn't get to try it out.

This was a wonderful find in the centre of Athens, which looks unassuming from the outside, but totally "hip" inside. It's the only place that serves an all day breakfast in Athens from what I could find, and it did not disappoint. Great food and service!

We had our first meal in Greece here, and went back for dinner the next day too. After a super early morning flight, we wanted "brunch", and this place was perfect. Excellent eggs and pancakes and really good coffee (cold or hot). The whole family loved it, and we went back for dinner the next day. The quality of the... More

Was disappointed, after reading the reviews i expected better, juice was bitter, service was minimal, pancakes were ok, prices are a bit steep for greece. Dont really recommend. Plenty of other places. It was bright and clean.

Classic easy breakfast fare at a fair price. Located steps from Syntagma, and a better alternative than a Greek bakery for those who want something more substantial for breakfast.

Enjoyed a fantastic lunch salad with chicken and a mint and honey dressing on the nice patio. Food was great. Service was ehh. Fine to order and get food and then never saw again. But definitely recommend the food for a tasty and affordable lunch!

Perfect place to be - if you love breakfast and brunch, no matter which time of the day it is. :) Tea is being served in HUGE cups, with loose tea in cotton bags. Very special for tea lovers! Had the eggs Benedict with ham. Even though the eggs weren't poached, but came from the pan, it was delicious. Nice... More

Very contemporary, clean looking cafe with friendly staff. Our 11 & 6 year old enjoyed the food and wanted to come back but that didn't quite work out.We went for lunch and had some good toasted sandwiches. They were inexpensive 2.50 - 3.80 Euros so comparable to a take out place for the price but were were eating in. The... More

Staying in Syntagma

Neighbourhood Profile
Perhaps the best place to get your bearings is Syntagma Square, crowned by the imposing Parliament building on its upper side and surrounded by other large structures, such as the exclusive Hotel Grande Bretagne. The grand avenues that lead towards Omonia are also full of massive Neoclassical edifices like the Numismatic Museum and those around smaller Platia Kolokotroni. Here you will find lots of travel agents, bookshops and fashion shops, especially on Ermou Street. Just south of Syntagma Square, you can take a breather in the lush National Gardens, which extend into the grounds of the Zappeio palace and beyond to the ancient Temple of Olympian Zeus.
