Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This place is a place that I’ve been visiting since I was a teenager. Unfortunately the staff was really rude. As long as they gave me the catalogue they came about 3 times in 5 minutes, the second time I told them that I need...time, the waitress, that I think was the supervisor, she stepped right in front of me and smirked ironically. The food is really mediocre , but overpriced. The rest of the staff was grumpy and were terrible especially to older people. I didn’t came to a Karen’s restaurant, but thank you for providing me that awful experience. Last but not least, my friend kindly asked to charged her phone so she could pay but all the staff refused in a really impolite way. I’ve been a waitress in the past as well, and I’m understanding towards the hospitality staff, but seeing impoliteliness is really funny , as being polite is the only qualification that you need to have if you want to work in hospitality. Kindly ,it’s a bummer to have clients💅🏼More

This dessert restaurant was very busy on a Sunday night. Outdoor and indoor seating is available. Service staff was a little overwhelmed with all the tables but friendly. Baklava was decent but not the best in Athens.

Honestly you can find better places… the desserts were not fresh also staff were rude. We wanted to check what they have in the fridge but she said “we gave you the menu”.

I went with my wife and had an incredible experience. My wife who is dairy free said the Yummy Chocolate was the best dessert she ever had. Then as we’re leaving they gave her another vegan dessert for free to go. Great service and would...highly recommend.More

The worst service i have ever experienced. Especially one waitress whose behavior was disrespectful and very rude. I would not recommend anyone to go there. You won't be able to spend a pleasant and peaceful night, on the contrary, you will feel insulted. I am...very dissatisfied:(More

We ate praline tart and profiteroles with my husband. Both contain too much sugar, a normal person would not eat a whole one!

The rudest staff and the worst possible service. And to top it all off they dismissively told me that they don't have any other kind of milk other than regular. In 2022! Never coming back.

We ordered a cheese cake with ice cream for 9 Euro, I couldn’t it. The taste was terrible. The manager - not a nice person said that I must pay for it and gave us different dessert(cost 5 Euro). So 2 Americanos coffee plus one...cake cost 17 euros.More

Several of our local tour guides suggested this spot as the best place for dessert in Monastiraki so my husband and I tried it. The wait for a table was short and the atmosphere is lively and a great spot for people watching. Our waitress...could have been a bit friendlier, but the other staff we encountered were lovely. Unfortunately they were out of several items we wanted that evening: coffee and their famous orange cake. They had also just sold out on their chocolate cake with orange cream, but the coconut juicy cake was outrageous!! One dessert is probably enough for two, but we tried two different items and used willpower to refrain from finishing it all.More
