I wish Kouzina stayed open later! For an early dinner this is authentic Cretan cooking at its best, slow cooked highlighting all the best tastes to great advantage - local greens, salads, cheeses, local wine and beer

Excellent local cuisine at very reasonable prices. Ingrrdients locally sourced, friendly staff, very tasty dishes. Frequented by local people and located between the yaught harbour and the main road in from Souda.

Big variety of traditional homemade food in a cosy enviroment with nice decoration. Near to the down town. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Fast service , with great cretan food. In my opinion is one of the most beautiful restaurants in town. A litle bit expensive but it deserves it.

If you try it, you won't leave it. Staff is fast and welcoming as usual, prices are cheap as in many similar places in Greece but their cooking literally conquered us. It seems to eat at a Greek home by a local family. We had lamb soup, local crepes stuffed with mint and spinach (kalitsounia), meat balls and boiled vegetables.... More
