It was 12€ for two extremely comfy sunbeds and an umbrella. The staff were really friendly and worked so hard through the day taking orders; especially when an excursion boat came in and doubled the amount of people on the beach. We thought both the...beach food and drinks were great value for money; given it’s a captive market they could easily charge more but we felt the prices were fair. We ate from the beach menu and the French baguette and tuna sandwiches were huge and really lovely! Toilet facilities were clean. Views - outstanding!More

In June and again in July, I visited Dolopes twice. Once was with a large group, and the second time with a friend. It’s on the beautiful beach of Leftos Gialos. The food is beautiful, fresh, and delicious. They don’t have a gluten free menu....No one on Alonissos does. But clearly let them know your dietary needs and they will work with you. The first time with the group it was family style. Most dishes I couldn’t have—bread seems big on this island and it’s everywhere. I mean even sprinkled as a decoration around the edges of a gluten free dish like Greek Salad. But they made me one without bread! I had swordfish with a cauliflower purée. There’s also a peach, zucchini, and cheese salad that is very fresh and delicious. It’s the atmosphere that brings me back. The staff is friendly and professional and helpful. The view is out of this world.More

We went to this Resturant as part of a boat trip & the tour company are really underselling this main part of the trip. The location is stunning & the food we had was top class with service & prices to match. It was so...good we repeated the trip the next day. Don’t miss out on this gem.More

Amazing. We wanted a restaurant by the beach. This place is at leftos gialos beach. Very clean, great pair of sun beds for 8 euros. I had fava and an amazing kadayif with a local cheese in the middle. It was topped with a lemon...shorbet. The photo was taken after i ate the shorbet. So delicious. I also had mussels cooked in ouzo and fennel. My husband had grilled seabream. Everything was superb. Price was right.More

What an amazing food. On a lovely spot fantastic food for a good price. Yes s little more expensive than the cheap restaurants in the neighborhood but well worth. Lovely taste and fantastic served.

For sure the best sunbeds on the island, beautiful place, lovely beach, great staff and probably the best food on the island! The fantastic and tasty lunch completing my great stay on the Leftos Gialos beach. Perfect location just behind the beach in a beautiful and tranquil cove and under the trees. restaurant offers yummy and well prepared fresh fishes. The catch of the day was prepared...in simple way but to the perfection. From the moment they brought the fish I slobber over the delicious meal. The service perfect, relaxed and cordial. We had a wonderful meal at Dolopes. We had a great table overlooking the beach. Service was very good. The restaurant has definitely gone upmarket and more gourmet but with logical prices for food served with a wonderful flair and a bit different from the...standard taverna. Popped here for lunch and what a great find. Everything was lovely, the view and setting is beautiful. We had a couple of starters Halloumi with Fig Marmalade and a Red pepper and Feta dish.
