I am not a great fan of Indian food, but my colleagues all seemed very positive and ate their fill. The restaurant is very pleasant and the stuff were friendly.

This restaurant was just next to the hotel where I stayed so I gave it a try in a freezing day. Spicy indian food is always the best choice for cold day. It was buffet style. I think they had quite good selection, and they were tasty. I like the lamb dish. Services were also good. Prices were reasonable. So... More

our Hotel manager recommended this restaurant to us since we were of Indian origin. We were very disappointed with the low quality of food and the price tag

Hi Myself and my friends have been visiting this place for about 9 years now (whenever we are in Copenhagen) and we have never been disappointed by the food or service. Food is definitely authentic. We always prefer Buffett. Good veg as well nonveg dishes. Not more than 40 people can be accommodated.

The dinner is buffet style, but most of them taste the same. It is as though the chef prepared a single stock and made three curries out of it. The service is just OK. It is not pricey, but I am sure there are many better places for spicy food in Copenhagen

We went there highly recommended by a friend, craving for Indian food after moving to Copenhagen but were completely let down by the options as well as taste of vegetarian dishes.None of the items drew appreciation from our taste buds. There are far better options in Copenhagen when it comes to Indian food. Not recommended.

Probably the worst Indian meal I've ever had. 150 DKK for a few thin slices of Tandoori Paneer Tikka covered in food coloring. Bhindi Masala was over-salted. Butter Chicken was unrecognisable, with a few shreds of meat floating in a sea of oil. Tandoori roti and naan were soggy and had probably never seen a tandoor. I rarely give a... More

Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighbourhood Profile
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
