We come to Radio every time we’re in Copenhagen. Tonight we don’t what we Enjoyed most: the fabulous food, the wine or Maria who made us feel like home yet on holiday. Simple, delicious, fun, creative, yet mind blowing. Every. Time.

Just find another place to go is my best recommendation. The chef and staff must have recently changed because the food does not look like the pictures at all and the food is not worthy of a Michelin Guide recommendation. We had the 5 course...with wine pairing and one of the course was bread with a dipping sauce to give you an exemple of the incredible weirdness of this tasting menu. I could go on and on but I will spare you. The restaurant needs to up their game to earn back the great reviews they had in the past.More

The worst service we have received in a long time. The waiter ‘forgot’ the final course of our three course menu and left us waiting for almost an hour. When we pointed this out there was no apology, just a shrug of the shoulders. The...same waiter was also very rude when we arrived and didn’t make us feel welcome at all. The food is average. They make a big thing about being in the Michelin guide but if you have been to any of the restaurants in the city with a Michelin award (bib, star, etc) you will be disappointed. The presentation is nice but most of the flavours don’t work together. The portion sizes are also not adjusted for each menu so if you order the three course menu you end up with three small plates from the larger seven course menu.More

Went here for Copenhagen dining week and expected a 10 course menu. Instead we got a 6 course menu because the 4 first ”courses” came together on the same tiny plate. One of the so called ”courses” on the plate was literally the size of...a coin. How that would ever be considered one ”course” on the menu is a disgrace and it just felt like we were tricked. Most of the food was bad and tasteless and uninteresting, the leek was chewy, the bread was served cold and the cake at dessert was dry. The dessert which was supposed to be two courses on the 10 course menu came as one course with a tiny piece of the superdry cake and a small piece of undercooked waffle with jam on it. A dessert joke!! Well, if a chef can’t even bake a simple sponge cake without it being dry as dust you can’t expect a lot from anything else I guess. Also serving a lot of bread (not even warmed, I mean bread should at least be warm in a ”good” restaurant no?!) to make costumers full felt like the restaurant knew their ”10” course menu was a joke. At least the water was free and the waiters were very sweet. Kudos to them! Still can’t believe the price for what we got though. Maybe the experience is better when it’s not dining week… who knows.More

We came here with friends and had a wonderful evening. The servers are very knowledagble and and had a fine sense of when to interact or not. The food is both beautiful , well executed and tasteful. I like the way the produce of the...season/month is drawn on the board in the restaurant. It enhances the use of sesonal produce. The wine paring was good with some interesting choices. Well balanced meal and a great experience.More

Meeting up with 4 family members at 8pm on a friday. The atmosphere is boring and the lighting is like hospital lighting. 25 minutes went by before they took our order. We asked for the 5 course dinner and 4 out of 5 wanted the...vegetarian version. That turned out to just be the regular version without the meat and then with 1 extra asparagus added. Two of the courses ended up being almost identical due to this. The portions were so tiny. One course was a slice, A SLICE, of tomato with some garnish. Just kill me now. It’s fine to serve small courses but make sure to serve enough of them if you do. Radio did not. All in all a very unsatisfying evening. We spent 110€ per person and we were all hungry and disappointed when we left.More

Remy Gresser from Alsace paid Radio a visit to present a selection of his wines, while Radio would take care of the food, which was a 5 course menu with some extras. Food was excellent starting with a couple of snacks to accompany the Cremant....First course was pikeperch and cauliflower in different textures. a nice start with not too powerful flavours in order not to overpower the lighter wines from the Gresser selection. Lumpfish roe followed, served in a tin and on a horseradish cream (the horseradish appropriately restricted not to ruin the delicate flavour from the roe). In addition a little caviar was added. Who should complain? Wines were a selection of the Gresser Rieslings. My favorite dish of the evening came next: a piece of (probably ovenbaked) celeriac with greaves adding texture as well as salt and a wonderful sauce based on mead. What a dish! Simple yet so tasty. Wines were Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Meat was veal served with beetroot. Again a tasty dish. In the glasses were two different Pinot Noirs, actually two of the better reds from Alsace, I have tasted. Dessert was deconstructed "lemon souffle" (a classic Danish dessert) with candied fruits. The wine was Riesling Vendange Tardive (late harvest), which didn't work with the food. I have never been fond of Alsatian late harvest Rieslings - they don't work for me, and in this case the combination of food and wine gave a bitter taste. The wine was lost somewhere between sweet and savory, while the dessert was excellent. A couple of petit fours finished the meal (one was chocolate and black truffle, the other a kind of mousse based on condensed milk and cocoa milk). The front of house team were great taking care of all the guests. Kitchen produced excellent food. The room was pleasant, and the atmosphere was relaxed. What's not to like?More

I was keen on sampling some New Nordic cuisine while in Copenhagen and Radio exceeded my expectations. The halibut with cabbage crisps, shrimp mayonnaise and mussel sauce was incredible. The following dish of deer, oyster mushrooms and aubergine paste with olive oil and cherry balsamic...vinegar dressing almost made me cry it was so good. Had 3 glasses of wine pairing with my 5 courses and all very well matched. Waiter was excellent- professional, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Very prompt to call me when I left without my sweater. Apart from the cost, which was considerable but fair, everything was perfect. If you are looking for New Nordic experience in Copenhagen and happy to spend a bit for it without paying Noma prices, I would highly recommend Radio.More

They wouldn’t give me a table at approximately 8pm in a nearly empty restaurant on a Thursday, presumably because they wanted to go home. At least come out and say it as I look around your half-empty restaurant at dinner time.

One of my favourite restaurants in Copenhagen, I have been there several times and it never disappoints! Given the quality, it is very decently priced to Copenhagen standards. The food is elegant and sophisticated without being overly pretentious, good quality and beautifully prepared. The service...at the restaurant is really good, efficient and warm, and the staff is genuinely nice: I guess I was enjoying my evening a bit too much and ended up forgetting my phone. They went out of their way, e-mailing me immediately offering solutions, the restaurant being closed for two days after that, one of the employees took the phone and gave me his contact so that I could pick it up, but that was not necessary as rather than going straight home on a late evening for some much deserved rest, he actually dropped it off at my home! That would not be enough to earn a good review if the food was not good, but it actually is and I think it says a lot about the spirit of the place when they actually care about customers.More

There is not much to say about the take away menu from Restaurant Radio apart from the fact that everything was really great. 4 nice courses. Fine instructions about how to make the final preparations. We also bought some cheese. Next time we will probably...go for some nice wines as well. Thank you, Radio!!!More

Our meal was faultless. We had the three course menu with wine pairing. Each dish (fish, vegetarian and pork) were delicious, followed by plums with ice cream. The waiters were friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a special night out.
