On a sunny evening, beautiful sunset but when the terrace is full, the service becomes very slow. And waitresses keep forgetting what we order or would need. But the food is really good and worth a try !

The problem with Western Harbour is the lack of decent cafés with personal touch. But of all the fake italian, frappuccino, steroid muffin hangouts, VESPA is the worst. Unpersonal, uninspired and some of the ice creams actually taste bad.
