My friend and I visited Stockholm for the first time in order to see a concert - we'd pretty much been eating mainly breakfast at the hotel and something quick in the evening but we wanted to try something traditional one evening. Luckily the Pelikan...More

I'm a local and I've been going to Pelikan for the last 20 years. Not every month, but always coming back - for the food and atmosphere. Also a great place to bring friends and colleagues from abroad, for a tasting of traditional Swedish dishes,...More

We visited this famous place because it was recommended to us. Foods were really good, we had traditional meatball, it was served with mashed patato. However, there was a old waiter who is not happy to see any guests. There were only 8-9 people in...More

I just love the big noicey room to the right and the typical Swedish cousine. I have been visiting this place for years and the people working here are so nice and professional. Perfect place for a small group of friends.

A very nice ambience. Beautiful decoration. High ceiling. Huge windows. Service is quick and efficient. Food is good. Had the Gubbrora and Pytt i Panna. Good food!

Fantastic! Start with the pickled herring, it was cooked three different ways and was very interesting. Most importantly, the meatballs are a MUST! Highly recommend sharing, one portion is enough for two people.

This restaurant felt well arranged and welcoming. It's an old restaurant with a great atmosphere and has wonderful decor. The wait staff are friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. We were accommodated with space for a young baby and made for a good...More

Excellent food, service and location, Pelikan was one of our favourite spots for dinner whenever friends came to visit! If you want to experience traditional, Swedish cuisine (and an aqauvit for every occasion!) this is among the best. The staff are extremely friendly and will...More
