We eat risotto, pizza, chokoladfondant and tiramisu. All was very, very delicious. And the staff very friendly and polite.

I had tasteless pasta and worst service. The pasta was cheap bacon with tasteless cheese. I ordered spaghetti, and 5 minutes after my order. The waiter came back at the table and told me “Can you switch to a different type of noodles? I DONT...WANT TO MAKE spaghetti, it will take REALLY LONG TIME. they are ALL NOODLES you won’t taste the differences”. I don’t know if it’s how customer usually being served in this restaurant but I was shocked. How can an Italian restaurant say this kind of stuff to customers lol… there were not many people at lunch, and I believe it was a bad service or bad food because lot of people left with full plates. I see a table of three customers who are in their 50s ordered pizza, they barely ate 1/3 of the pizza, and they left with the rest of the food unfinished. And after I wrote this review on google maps, suddenly couple of random new accounts just rated 5 stars with similar lines on the same day, if you are trying to find some bots for good review, at least find some good ones…More

Popped in here for dinner as it was close to our hotel and we’d arrived fairly late. Staff were welcoming and the place had a cosy atmosphere. The menu is all in Swedish, but that didn’t stop us from ordering some delicious pasta. We also...chose some Puglian wine to go with it and had a lovely first night in Stockholm. Recommend.More
My visit started with concern as the menu was all in Swedish. After some effort I decided on a pizza but could not find one of their offerings that appealed to me. When I asked the waitress if they could make me a custom pizza...her answer was of course. Turned out to be great food, exactly what I was looking for, and I was not charged anyting extra. Was extremely satisfied - if I am ever in the neighborhood I will go back again.More
My husband and I stopped at this Italian restaurant for dinner, because it was close to our hotel, and we enjoyed our meals. I ordered pizza and my husband chose risotto with chicken, broccoli and mushrooms. The pizza tasted fine, though the crust could have...been more done. The risotto, however, was prepared perfectly and featured extremely tender chicken. Our pleasant server was prompt and attentive and took the pizza back to cut into slices when she noticed that I was having difficulty doing this. She left midway through our dinner to catch a bus, and another employee (or perhaps the owner) took over our table with equally good service. He even ran after us outside to return my husband's hat, which had been left in the restaurant. Via Vai is a cozy place with a nice ambiance. The tables display green-and-white checkered cloths. During our visit at 8:45 p.m., a candle burned at each table, which also displayed a single red rose in a vase. Diners sat at two other tables and talked quietly. We found it a welcome respite from outside, where it was cold and rainy.More
Happened upon this little place when my fiance and I were looking for the Indian located beside it. When we saw this place however we decided we'd prefer Italian and went in. It was so warm and welcoming inside and there was only one other...couple sitting down. Neither of us have any Swedish or Italian but the gentleman who served us had very good english. I ordered seafood pasta and my fiance had the salmon pasta and both were amazing. Very generous portions, I couldn't even finish mine. Very reasonably priced also. Would highly recommend for a romantic meal for any couple!More
I just had a business lunch here but was surprised over the food quality. Most lunch restaurants in Stockholm serve good food but not more than so. I had a pasta bolognaise which was perfect. Pasta al dente and the bolognaise sauce very tasty. I...saw some pizzas and they looked fantastic, maybe next time.More
