Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We called in for lunch without reservation. The tables are well spaced out with the restrictions on distance being respected. We both had seafood crepes which were excellent, followed by crepes with salted caramel - all delicious with local cider. The staff were lovely and...pleasant. Well worth the trip.More

We have been here four times after our first visit was so good! Twice it was shut much to our dissappointment! But this year we found it again and it was open! We think this is the best creperie around! Service is good, friendly and...efficient . Crepes are fabulous! Try the Complete! Or any of the others, you'll enjoy them to be sure!More

A wonderful thatched building that serves the most super crepes. If we return to the area would certainly visit again.

We were recommended this restaurant by a family member who advised us that they served the best crêpes around, so my partner and I eagerly booked a table for that very evening. The restaurant was warm and inviting and we were seated close to the...beautiful open fireplace. The menu was extensive, offering a variety of crêpes both savoury and sweet, I opted for the Saint Jacques which was absolutely delicious. We shared the most incredible desert crêpes and a bottle of the local cider. The staff were both efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.More

Fabulous. Service was as good as it can get. The lady at front of house (Angele?) Was superb. Very friendly and attentive. Good service all round We realised that even on a friday night in October we should have booked a table. Food was superb...and my pear flambéed crepe was to die for. Good Bretagne cider to wash it all down made for a perfect evening. Thank youMore

Came across this beautiful creperie quite by accident, on our way to Port Belon there it was right on roadside a quaint truly stunning thatched building looked as if it might have been more at home in the heartlands of rural England. Could not resist...stopping for a quick crepe, as we had already enjoyed a somewhat large late breakfast at our nearby hotel. Not disappointed, crepe was lovely, as was bottle of local cider! Superb, highly recommend, not only for the quality of the food and friendly welcome but also to admire the setting and charming well cared locality. Don't miss it.More

The crepes are genuine sarrasin, beautifully cooked with a good choice on the menu. Good choice and value of wine and cider/soft drinks (though not extensive). This is always pleasant to visit, as well as to eat in: a beautifully renovated chaumiere and a warm personal...welcome. A visit is a fixture on our schedule when in the area and we always come away having had a great time, a good meal and paid (only) a reasonable price.More

Chez Angel is a very warm and welcoming thatch roof Crêperie based in a wonderful surroundings. The beautiful granite stone building invites you on a trip down memory lane. The interior is furnished with taste and the large stone fire place at the back will...warm your heart and feet in the middle of winter. The host "Francis" is a very charming chap that will introduce to an organic menu sourced from local produce. Our suggestion is to start with a "Blé Noir" means "Buckwheat" accompanied by a lovely bottle of local cider ou "Cidre" and move on to the savoury Crêpes. We had Chévre et Miel "Goat cheese and honey" followed by les saint jacques flambées au cognac - "Cognac flambées scallops" and if you wonder what Epaule Fumé means its what we call "Bacon". We finished with yet another flambées, local Apple with Apple liquor. All is very well priced and the service was smooth and fast and the staff friendly. We would very much recommend a visit to Creperie Chez Angele for a great experience and fabulous food!More
