This was a last-minute invitation from a colleague attending the same conference. She made a reservation and added me and another colleague to it. Despite the last-minute change, the manager was very accommodating and found a place for us to sit together. We sat at...More

We ate at FRIDRIK V the following night having a 5 course surprise menu with beer and wine pairing and enjoyed this MUCH MUCH more. It was £100 cheaper and a much friendlier service and bigger portions. We booked this restaurant before our trip and...More

Having read the reviews here I had high expectations. Firstly, as I arrived, I loved the atmosphere, dim and relaxing lighting and an interior with a personality. Very staff. Also enjoyed the fact that there were not too many decisions to make. 5 or 7...More

The menu is dead simple, five or seven course. Wine pairing or not. What makes up the menu, well... that is anything but simple. Hard to describe the whole experience (which was around 2 hours) but we fell in love with the creativity and flavors...More

We made reservations weeks in advance based on what we heard and it was well worth it. Dill did not disappoint in any way. We opted for the 7 course tasting menu + wine pairings. Every course was unique, full of flavors, and we even...More

Dill is definitely a destination for foodies. Every course, though miniature, was a mouthful of local flavor. Creative presentations with each bite, whether tender lamb, chicken-skin-chips, sparkling caviar, caramelized carrots or a bird's nest of breads. Chef-inspiring

At first, when your server sets a dish with two tiny items on it (they turn out to be some kind of glazed carrot), you may get worried. After all, Dill charges over $120 for a 7-course tasting menu; wine is extra. But as the...More

It is reasonably informal. I had a jacket, no tie. No jacket will be fine.

Hi. It may be possible to get a drink. But as for food, I think the restaurant only offers two tasting menus. suggest you get in touch on social media with them. They were very good.
