This is an amazing restaurant in Iceland. I had the cod and my husband and kids had lamb. Everything was fresh and beautifully served. We ordered a meal that was several courses including appetizers, seafood soup, entree and dessert.

To celebrate my good ladies birthday I booked this establishment on the recommendation of my nephew who had been a previous visitor. He advised it was something different but prepared traditional Icelandic food, so I’m having an imagination run riot moment thinking aged whale meat,...More

Our lunch here was fantastic. We tried the red fish, the cabbage, and the fish soup. Every dish was prepared with such finesse. We are considering going back for dinner one night, it was THAT a good! Great scandonavian food that wasn’t too odd!

Our last night in Iceland, in Reykjavic, and we're wondering what to have for dinner. Everything is mega expensive - so do we pick one of the seemingly identical touristy restaurants, or do we try to find something cheaper (no, had enough hot dogs to...More

We went during lunch and had boots, jeans and sweaters on. I don't think its high fashion. Just amazing food.

Inspiring traditional Icelandic cuisine. We take the good old traditional recipes and the best Icelandic ingredients to create fun and tasty food. Let tradition surprise you! We go to great lengths to find Icelandic cookbooks and other written material that may contain recipes we can use in new and inventive ways. Everything on our menu is homemade with first class produce.
