We came here because of a friend’s recommendation after we saw the Black Sand Beach and were staying nearby. Got the margarita pizza and vegetable pizza as well as the char. Affordable for the pizza (adjusted for Iceland prices!) also had a glass of the...More

Recommended by the zipline business next door (you get a discount if you went ziplining), but planned on trying regardless! For a change of pace, I got the panang curry, so comforting and authentic. Husband had the lamb, an Icelandic staple, and even found room...More

This is a lovely little restaurant, with a great view over the village and quaint decor. If I ignore the price... And I will because Iceland is a ridiculously overpriced country the meal came to a total of £70 for a starter, 2 mains and...More

Planning our trip I had wanted to make sure we had a spot to stop for lunch when we arrived in Vik since we were on a tight schedule driving from Reykjavik. I had made a reservation through their Facebook page and they were quick...More

One of the dining highlights in our 3-week trip to Iceland. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was superb. Loved the quaint cottage atmosphere and it's relatively off-beaten path location in Vik

Perhaps a bit pricey (approx $40 US dollars per head for dinner with appetizers) but we enjoyed the food. The restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and we liked it so much we went back a second night. We tried the garlic bread...More

Good selection of dishes, great service, cosy decor. Very happy with our dinner here. Desert of local ice-cream was fantastic.

All the food was great, but the fish was exceptional. The service was great too. This restaurant was recommended by the desk clerk at our hotel. He did not steer us wrong. Cute restaurant in a house or chalet.
