Doesn’t look much from the outside but don’t be fooled. This pub is a gem, inside is really lovely, with a nice atmosphere. It was our first visit and it was really busy. Good menu choice to suit all tastes, not overly priced and not...More

Called into this pub with my wife and son on a very snowy evening greeted by friendly professional welcome from barman. We had starters and mains which both courses were nicely presented on slate and wooden boards and all tasted good

We didn't book as we stopped by on the spur of the moment one weekday evening. But if you are thinking of a Friday evening or over the weekend, I would book, to be on the safe side.
